Part 1 of this series discussed some recent books on American secession and a second American civil war. In Part 2 of this series, I laid out some factors of concern when looking at the potential for a U.S. national split-up. In part 1 of this series, I discussed some of the recent literature in America on Secession and the potential for a second American Civil War.
